HSBC Credit card dispute Respected sir;
I myself a doctor using HSBC credit card exclusively since last atleast 5years.But
since some month i got repeated queries from bank regarding statment.I gave written
complain to them but they are not answaring in satisfactory manner. I urge them to
cancelled my card but they didnt allow the same!!!!.
So please inform me whre i have to complain the same in details?
Since last 3 months they are giving me threats for legal action & harrasing me a lot.
Please help me to come out of this harrasment.

To sort out such kind of Banking complaints, you will have to send a written complaint to the Head Office of the concerned Bank and wait for the response for near 15 to 20 days. If the Bank fails to provide you any help in that time frame then you can send your written complaint to the RBIs Banking Ombudsman Division. The address is:
