My Jumbo cash loan cc no is ***********5184. I got my CC statement last month in
which i have charged Late payment fee of Rs. total 1515/ for two months. As i have
talk to customer care they have denied to reverse this charges.
When i asked where to complain they have not answer me properly. and first time
the agent told me the wrong name and disconnect my phone which was continued since
12 min. after i have called again the second agents asked someone, you are kafir?
what does it mean.
My main concern is that i have dropped the cheque of 692/ Rs. for my jumbo cash
loan.
In that in words i written fig of six hundred ninety Rs. so bank officer called me
to payment immediately and promise me not to charge any kind of penalty/ charges on
you. and as i live in small village of gujarat. i have received my statement on
13/9. Where i have seen you have charged me late payment fee, finance charges and
others and the total is 1500 something. when i talked to your concerned dept. they
told me you have to pay this charges. Here in this case i am not liable to pay this
kind of charges. Kindly reverse me this charges otherwise i will drag you in
consumer court. And this is my written notice to you now onwards i will pay only my
installment not any kind of charges. So kindly resolve this problem as soon as
possible. I will wait for your positive reply.
