I Mr. Sabino Cotta, major of age, resident of Varca, Goa  am a credit card
holder of ICICI Bank. My credit card no. is 5176 5350 0470 3007 and is valid upto
04/11. Now a days I am not able to use the credit card properly and I am
totally frustrated with the services provided to me by the ICICI credit card
department. I had paid all dues through the ICICI Bank in Margao for clearance of
oustanding amount of credit card as asked by them. But now again they have blocked
my card claiming that there is some amount due. I do not understand how some amount
is still pending when I have not done any purchases till date. This is happening
very often also earlier they have reserved an entry of over Rs. 3000/- only when I
bought it to their notice that I did not make any purchases. Now again I am facing
similar problem and I am losing a lot of business as my card is currently blocked
for no fault of mine. I am very upset as I cannot make any online purchases due to
the same and this is earning a bad name as well as losing my credit worthiness in
the market. Nothing has been done inspite of getting to the notice of both the
branches of ICICI Bank at Margao as well as Panaji besides contacting the customer
care.Kindly look into the matter and do the necessary so that innocent customers
