Hi,

I am a customer of HDFC Credit Card, On Sep 5th 2009 I should make a payment of Rs.
4932 as per the HDFC statement. I deposited a cheque for the same amount on 2nd Sep
2009. But unfortunately I forgot to write the date in the cheque. I was not aware of
that until recently one Vijayalakshmi used to call my number as used abusive
languages that I havent paid my dues. I am totally clueless of what to do. I think I
am not on the wrong side as I deposited the cheque to pay the money without
default. If they would have called that my cheque dosent have a data , I would have
issued a new cheque, instead they are using absuive languages as if I had taken the
monyey and not repaying it. I would like to take necessay action for the absuive
language used by that girl (Vijayalakshmi).
