    Default HSBC Credit card -CPP

    Dear sir/madam,

    I have been using HSBC Credit card for a year now.I wanted to close this account, so I cleared all my outstanding on the card but when I received a message from the HSBC saying I had to pay another 2000 rupees, I was in a shock.After enquiring with the customer care I learnt that they had charged me for card protection plan.
    I had never opted for this plan and I had been charged for it.I told the customer care that I want it to be cancelled and that I will not be paying for it.This month again I got a alert from them, which showed a pending of 2500 rupees.I am not ready to pay the amount since they have charged me for something I never asked for.

    Please help me out.Otherwise they will keep increasing the amount on the card and in the end i will have to pay a huge amount for it.

    Dear Ms. Preeti,

    Pls. forward your complaint to Bank's Head office as soon as possible and don't forget to keep a copy of that letter with you. Wait for the response for 20 days only. To forward your complaint the address is:
