    Post complaint about credit card payment

    HI sir,

    I am working in MNC in Gurgaon. I was using one Credit card of Axis Bank,
    and used that card also on behalf of that expenses I mede the full and final amount of Rs.13000.(1000 by cash and 12000 by cheaque .But he credited my Acoun by1000 cash and istead of crediting my account , they credited someone else account. and now from Last one year they are sending the recovery person to my house, and that recovery person is threating to my parents in my absence. I have shown all the slips also to them. But every time they are taking that slip but no one is updating that correction ,even I have given my bank statement also.

    I am so frostetted about this

    Dear Mr. Sinha,

    To sort out such kinds of Banking complaints, you will have to send a written complaint to the Head Office of the Axis Bank and wait for the response for near 15 to 20 days. Keep a copy of that letter with you so that, if the Bank fails to give you any solution, you can forward your complaint to the Banking Ombudsman. The address is:

    Default Nonwidrawal By my SBI ATM card

    Please do the needful to reactivate my ATM Card.

    Mr. Sagar. The only way to solve your problem is lodge a police complaint. If the cops dont help you hire some people with the same money which you have to pay and keep them as guards at your place and when these recovery guys come to your place just beat them up black and blue. Instead you can keep a dog which is furious and can bite them and run after them so that even the cops cant file a complaint against the dog.
