Dear Sir,

I have applied for personal loan from hdfc but they told me that my name is with
cibil because of hsbc credit card.

I got this card 2 years ago. but customer care told me that it's a free card no annual fees at all. But now statement is showing 6700/- due as renewal fees on
this card add on card.

I am totally confused that what I should do?

Please help me.
