I am very sorry to inform you that HP's service is very poor and they are very irresponsible, I have never expected such kind of attitude of HP towards their customer.........
I was in contact with HP earlier also but it seems that they guys gives a damn shit towards customer relationship.
IN MY COMPAQ PRESARIO C734TU FIRSTLY THERE WAS AN ISSUE OF SOUND DRIVERS,MOREOVER IN THIS THERE IS A POOR BATTERY BACKUP OF BATTERY THAT IS AROUND 15-20 MINUTES ONLY AFTER USING THE NONMULTIMEDIA ENVIRONMENT.....WHEN I ASKED ABOUT THE COST OF BATTERY AT SERVICE CENTER OF COMPAQ BATTERIES COST WAS TOLD TO ME 5500.MOREOVER THERE WAS PROBLEM IN CD-DVD RW FOR WHICH COST IS 3200.THIS IS PROBLEM NOT ONLY WITH MY LAPTOP ONLY BUT WITH MY FRIEND WHO HAS COMPAQ PRESARIO C754TU SO I THINK THIS IS THE PROBLEM OF ATLEAST 30% OF HP CUSTOMERS SO NOW A DAYS I DO NOT SUGGEST ANYBODY TO BUY COMPAQ LAPTOPS BECAUSE THEY ARE IN THE MARKET ONLY FOR EARNING MONEY AND NOT FOR EARNING CUSTOMER SATISFICATION.AT HP'S OR COMPAQ WEBSITE U WILL NOT FIND MORE THEN 2 OR 3 DRIVERS OF WINDOWS XP MOREOVER SOUND DRIVERS ARE ALSO NOT AVAILABLE SO I SUGGEST EVERYBODY NOT TO BUY HP LAPTOPS....IF HP CAN GIVE THE ANSWER OF IT????WHY THEY ARE NOT PROVIDING DRIVER DISKS...AND ALL OTHER COMPANIES ARE PROVIDING
