girl miss supriya se purchase kya tha mane onke company ke nam se 2500 ka cheque dya tha mare account se payment hone ke bad se na to mera software chala hai aur na he company me se miss supriya ph receive karte hai aur na he onke company me koi aur no recieve karta hai onke sabi no.galt hai.me company ko bhut bar email kar chuka hu magar onka kabi kabi email atta hai magar aur koi help nahi kar raha hai plz help me sir.

Delayed payment of policy no.171569564
Dear sir, i(sushil bhatia) am holder of your policy. I was not intimated regarding the maturity of policy. I did visit your office to deposit my premium. I was informed by your office at ambala city on 27/04/2012 that your policy has been matured and asked me to deposit the original policy along with id proof for payment of its maturity value. I deposited all documents which were asked by your office and asked me to come on monday i.e.30/04/2012. Again i visited your office on 01/05/2012 for its payment. I was told to come on 07/04/2012. I asked your lady officer whether the company will pay me the amount that i lost due to delay on youre part if had i invested my funds in the bank or else. Sir, i request you to make me the maturity value of policy alongwith interest. As the company also charged the interest on delay payment of premium from the policyholder. Please look into the matter and compensate the loss caused to me due to non intimation by your office regarding the maturity and delaying tactics adopted by your office.

payment fraud by agent
I m policy holder of LIC India, my policy no is 346101662. I hand overed my policy document and application for said policy to agent for surrender of the same. I m following up with agent from so many days but he is not replying about cheque and also customer care number of indore area 0731-2523513 is not available. From where a customer can get their details and status.
First of all I did not asked agent for this policy, he did himself for some contest and informed me after the issuance and requested me not to freelook the same as he will loose the contest as i knew that guy bcoz of my another policies like ulip on my name and Bima Gold policy on My father name Mr. Chaturbhuj Balwani and My mothers name Varsha Balwani. So, i agreed on same then after freelook period he told me "its a good plan i m their you will get benefit after every 3 years and you can surrender also please pay the premiums". so i paid some premium and after some time due to some financia issues i stopped paying premiums for all my policies. When I adjusted premium in my father and mother's policy with their bonus amount, instead of balance amount payment to us he adjusted same in another policies no.346101662 and 346103291. when i asked him for balance amount of bonus he said he adjusted same in another policies. Then he said if u want premium amount back then surrender the policy u will get the same. And now after surrender of policy when we are asking him about cheque he is saying agent dont get details of cheque dispatch and every thing and when we asked him for a rough period for cheque receiving date then he replied "Jab aana hoga aa jayega agent ko yeh sab nahi pata hota".
Kindly take necessary action on my complaint and update me details on cheque status on below contact details.

non-payment of death maturity
complain in respect of non-payment of death maturity in respect of policy no. 520088324. the claim had been made on 16.12.2011 receipt no. 4235 at Sahibgunj Br. However, no action taken till date against the claim. kindly, instruct what can be done to get maturity as early as possible.
I have mailed 100 times to bo_51E@licindia.com, email@example.com & firstname.lastname@example.org. But, no reply made at their end

Against my Montly Premium policy update
I wouid to draw your kind attension that i hold a montly premium basis policy No 578038040 issue dt 15/12/09 from my salary account , Now i changed my Company,Acount also changed
From IDBI to Axis bank, Montly premium not diduction from my Axis Bank Account , So i request to you please solve above matter as early as possible,

Wrong enrollment date
The enrollment date of my policy No710939655 is mentioned as 06/06/2007 in View Enrolled Policy whereas the above policy was enrolled in 1991.Kindly clarify and make necessary correction and oblige.

I ONKAR JHA policyholder of the branch-31C,F-19,C.Place.N.D-110001.My policy no.115995280 & 115990127,115996762 laps possition.I renewed this policy up to date since 18-06-2012.divisional formalty complited dated-4/7/2012.I went branch office dated-5/7/12 but no work has been done by Smt. NILESH.She said I will do the work by Monday dated-8/7/2012.Then I went to meet the Branch Manager-Mr.B.K.SHARMA.He said come tomorrow 6/7/2012.I went office same day at 10 AM.Smt.NILESH done ONLY TWO POLICY UP TO DATE their after she said other policy will do on Monday only now I have no time. I requested many times she never listened. she talked in raugh language & misbehaved & went away from her place. I met branch manager he said your work will finished after launch but its not done till 2.45PM.Then asked him again about this matter,he started scolding & abusing me with bad language & he threatened me, I will not do the work today you can go to complain anybody.please take action about my complain as early as possible.

my wife and i had two policy as below
policy# 419453755 doc: 26/3/2007; plan/term/pterm : 180/05/05 sum assured : Rs. 50,000.00
policy# 419453754 doc: 26/3/2007; plan/term/pterm : 180/05/05 sum assured : Rs. 50,000.00
both above policies ended up on march 2012 against our last premiums paid up in march 2011.
We have received from lic authority the sum of rs (49963 + 50361) = rs. 100324 against our investment of rs 100000/- for five years @ of rs. 10000/- per policy per year.

regarding submition of lic premium through ECS
we have purechage a policy from LIC OF INDIA named jiwan ankur policy no. 106026518 on 11/4/2012 and choose premium mode monthly E C S. but after first cash payment no payment is deducted from our bank account, and no information was given by lic for non deduction.after one month we chake our a/c non deduction comes to know after that we approch to LIc persons then they tail it is not in our control where as tey chrging intrest from 15 days after D.O.C. where the E.C.S. deduction date is diffrent. still our regular deduction is not made, kindlyblook in to the matter give justic.

Misguiding of information about the lic policy by agent code-02754145
I want to bring it your notice that i am a old cutomer of LIC,did lot of policies, had lot of faith, recent past i invested 15 lakhs in different ULIP policies, the agent rather misguided, and convinced all false claims about the policies Market Plus,Profit Plus,it is under stood all the ULIP policicies are equity linked, but agent should give a clear picture to the customer, where as to show his buissness he is not botherd about investor money, i suffered a huge loss on all of my investment on the ULIP policies,had i known, i would have never invested in them. In the bargain with these type of attitude of agents of selfishness LIC in turn earns a bad name.I here by request you to advice
to those agents not to sell the product just for quantity but for quality, other wise it will have serious negative impact on the company, Thanking You,EMail ID - email@example.com,(m)8004156381.
