Dear Sir,

I joined Infospace Consultancy a mumbai based company in Nov2010. From the beginning they are unable to pay my salary on time. They are deploying their candidates in other companies and getting commission for that. They not yet paid my May2011 and June2011 salary. I left the company on June'2011. When I left they told me it will take two months to clear my dues. But now seven months is over still not yet clear my any dues. Company director Parthasarathi Bag told me he will not pay me the last two months salary and I can take any action for that. In our country labor rules rules are not strict that's way this kind of fraud people are surviving without any punishment. My total due amount is nearly 95000/-. This is a very big amount for me. Now please think that government is about to lose 19000/- as income tax. Please take necessary action against this kind of criminals so that next time they think twice before doing fraud like this.
