It was my first online shopping experience with Letsbuy.com and it was very bad. I placed an order (order number : LSB-671336 for Dell Inspiron 15R laptop on 30 Nov 2011 and I received product from Letsbuy but as per my order and Invoice i should get Windows7 Home basic CD but i have not received the same in the Package .I have called up customer care several times, they first asked to send an e-mail to customercare@letsbuy.com, I did that but not receiving any reply from them and when I call customer care at 0124-4901234 then every time they ask to wait only. They are not sharing any other e-mail address or contact number also.
Atleast i would advice people in this forum to spread across a message that not to follow and purchase any products form lets buy as it is one of the most cheating company in India.

Such a worst experience. Ordered for Canon Lens and received Nikon Lens. After 14 day of calling them got to know, they do not have stock for Canon.. To get answer for any queries, you need atlease 48 working hours. Very frustrating. Wasted almost 20 of call. They will never call you, you need to call and they dont mind to put you on hold for long time .. ulitimate responce will be "We have fwd ur concern, please wait for another 48 hours".. I am struggling since 20 day.. still refund process is not started.. I have returned the Freebie.. which the shipper from Letsbuy Thane is not accepting the courier (I do not know the reason). Letsbuy says they can not process request with out confirmation on return of Freebie. Its a DEAD-LOCK.. No Escalation process or Number or Email... Besure you will never get on-time/correct info from the customercare@letsbuy.com.. Not sure when will I get back my money.. Most unproffessional eCom site.. insult for Indian Ecommerce.
