dear sie i bought a lenovo leptop machine sl no CBQ3219212 ON 17 DEC 10, the adopter of this machine gone bad, i am running behind lenovo customer care for last 20 days, they are not giving solution and just keeping me in dark, i am following their full instruction, many time i have send a scaned copy orginal bill of this leptop to lenconsumer and many others as per their instruction
