Dear Sir/Madam,

It is inform you that our company had bought a W/L from Travel e-point , Bareilly(U.P) company. All conversation and terms/conditions are defined by their employee.
At that time the term was that front end would be of our company and backend would be of Travel e-Point company.According to their commitment that W/L will be available within 15 days.But our company got it after 6 month with a link of your company name in it.

Problem is that when our client click on it,client navigate at Travel e-Point's website and purchasing was done by that company.We had informed this problem many times ,they committed that we will change our hyperlink line after the team discussion and it would take 2-3 days.Now on calling no call was received by the company and also does not reply of the any email.

Therefore, we had complaint for the suspension of the W/L and to return our payment .
But no action have been taken by that company in both way either in return of payment or improvement in the W/L.
