Honarable Consumer Court,

I had purchased a HP Pavilion DV5-1203AX laptop on 10-arp-2009 from Bangalore and after facing some issues with Windows Media Player not playing audio tracks and also the quick Play button not working.

The issue was raised the issue with the technical support team on 25th of April 2009 but still there is no resolution.

I had asked fior a replacement but Enn Ess solution who services for HP in Bangalore refuses to replace the laptop stating it is a software issue and not a hardware and also states that I have not Logged any complain within 15 days of the purchase and the laptop will not be replaced.

As per case ref. No. – 2607418768, I has logged the complaint on 25-apr-2009, which is the 15th day but still they refuse to replace the laptop.

Now, i am fadeup running behind them and wants the note book to be replaced.
