i was getting problem of current flowing in my laptop and i had complaint of it. one engineer came and he found that problem and open the laptop and change motherboard but after rearrange the laptop another problem I faced at the present time of dell Eng .of keypad of Keyboard and he tried to solve the problem but he was not able to solve it. He has given me one copy in which he has written the status is incomplete. I have called many times to dell they are telling to open laptop itself they will only support on call.
Now i am calling in dell support then they are saying that you have to pay for it or you have to extend the support. But my problem came in the warrant period and this problem was not previous, the keypad problem is creating by the Dell Eng. after changing the Motherboard.
Please take some necessary Action.
