Hon'ble Consumer Court,


Employee: a software Company in Bangalore

Complaint-we people of entire company had suffered for last 18 months due to money.we people have not been paid salary,medical rembursement,medical insurance,PF,yearly bonus and also TDS deduction formalities since ist August 2008 to till date. They are threating and frauding for the last 18 months.company is still running and getting revenue continuously as they had been taken over by HCL company but employees are nt being paid single penny for last 18 months.

the matter is very serious . What should we do. we need your help.
They had sent a mail for full and final settlement of Rs.4500.

My total amount is 1,75,000 rupees !


PLEASE HELP ME LAW,PLEASE,I FEEL LIKE I M LIVING IN A NATION WHER NORMAL PEOPLE CRY FOR THEIR OWN MONEY,ITS SHAME FOR US TO EVEN BEG INFRONT OF THEM AGAIN N AGAIN AND THEY R NOT EVEN CONSCIOUS ABOUT NETHING!

Advaaith Technologys is one of the cheat-est and fraud organization in India and globe. These people are using person and not making payment after finishing the work.

I would like to request you viewer of this message please do not fid with this organization else u will loss your all payment.

There is no a such office as well.

I completely agree with this. Advaaith technologys is doing this to many people. They usually look for freelancers to work for them. They also get their payments from the end client mean while they dont pay freelancers. I have heard this from many freelancers. Harrsha and a lady with the name nehal mehta owns this company.
be very careful if anyone is dealing with them.

If you ae working for them ask for the payment in advance.

Not only freelancers they don't even pay travel agents, hotels........

Yes they also keep on changing their contact numbers so that they can escape easily with the money. I think they shoul d be tried under criminal law and should be forced to stop this fraudulent business
