In January 2008, I have attended interview with the consultant in india. I have passed through the interview and got selected for H1. Consultant is from chennai and they have asked my Educational certificates inorder to process H1 and said that they will be sending to USA immediately. at that time the pay package which they offered was very less, inspite of that I have signed the agreement thinking that we will be leaving to USA imeediately. They have processed H1 in the same year. but till now after 2 years they did not get back to me. Now they are saying that they will be sending me to USA. in this 2 years my pay package in the current company is very good. and now I am not willing to go to USA with that less package which they offered me 2 years ago. Please suggest.
