Here's my case in detail. I worked for my previous employer for 1 year and 9 months. Joined the company on september 12, 2007 and resigned on May 23, 2009. The company deducted pf from my salary of all the months. The issue is that i'd four months of salary due when i left. They told me that they're having some financial problems and will call me soon. But 8 months has been passed they never called me up. Moreover the pf form i got in return after attestation from them showing my employment of 1 year. I do possess the joining and releaving letter. After this much of time, I am getting sick of that and mentally very tense. I want to know what is the procedure one needs to follow to file a suit against employer for such a case as I want to sue them for the fraud and mental harassment they've done to me. They've threatened me that my career canbe hampered if I opt for the legal way. Plz help.

its one of the biggest fraud company, since i dont have money and time to case against them but yes i will get it soon and i will file a case against them

Mr. Mithilesh Kumar had done the same thing with me too. He delayed my salary for 4 months which was approximately 32000(8000 per month) and when i pressurised him to pay my salary, the account did give me just 12000 and told me that due to non performance my salary has been deducted and he told me to keep my mouth shut up otherwise they will destroy my career. I am with you in your fight and i am dropping a private mail to your email id as well.

V2web has done the same thing with me too. I must appreciate your guts to fight against this fraud organization named V2web. Kudos to you. This is a great effort in a manner that you are protecting other professionals against this fraud. This is the high time for an organization like V2web to open its eyes to the situation. They are simply harassing employees and this is clear case of labor laws violation and one must act against this. I am very disappointed with the ISO as well as they have given V2Web an ISO certification. I am urging other guys to join hands with puneet in his fight. Really appreciate your brave effort puneet.

Dear Sir/Madam

I Purchased a Tikona Broadband Connection From Tikona Broadband Service Providers but when Tikona Technical guy came in he told me that its not possible to put connection at my place and all my money will be refunded its been more than 6 months since, i have not received any money nor they are replying my emails, instead of that they are sending my usage every month where it is not active yet , I want to escalate the issue and want the authorities to look into this matter and i also demand compensation for all that i have suffered for Tikona's people negligence and poor services. I have all paper and bills as proof this false / and tikona's fraud.
Please look into this matter and get this resolved as soon as possible..
