FRAUD WITH EMPLOYESS
Company took Rs.75000/- draft on july 2007 after placement from college as security amount for bond of 16 months staying in the company as other companies like Satyam took Rs.2 lakh as security bond amount.
I have given in two installments:
1. May 2007 after offer letter (Rs.25,000)
2. Jul 2007 after joining (Rs.50,000).

Company basically in E-14 mohan co-operative, Mathura road near badapur border New Delhi.
They had given the joining to us in mohali Ph-8B industrial area.
When we joined the company, we found that there is no infrastructure as per company. we sit on the chairs like in marriage for atleast 3 months after that some infrastructure was made. As per the bond we were getting Rs.2500 stipend in the first four month (training period that was fine). After that, I requested them to transfer me to delhi branch. They shifted me as per my request. Then I came to know that there is no funding source for this company like clients. There funding source was employee recruitment for security amount. After four months when the salary time comes, they refused to give by saying we are not having client.(Our Questions were.. Why to hire employee without projects or client?). After 3 more months(i.e overall all 7 months) we were frustrated as we were getting Rs.2000 after 20 days. we were unable to give the rent to landlords.Our package was Rs.240000 CTC annually, But they promised us to give Rs. 14600 in hand after training. After shouting a lot they agreed to return our security amount after resignation. we were ready to give resignation. But on that last week of january 2008, there was big drama happened between police , management. We had gone to EOW, near NCERT building (ADHCHINI, Delhi)) for this., But didn't get any response. then we were unable to take follow up. Please Help us to get our money back. i have to pay the loan that i have taken for this security amount.

I am also o victim of a big fraud Company LifeBP.I struggle a lot in my Personal/Professional Life after this big drama.Bhuvnesh/Mukesh had spoiled my fresher year to get job.Because of them i am not on suitable profile and even that profile I got after a very hard struggle.
They are the Ravan and Kans of kalyug..........F..k them

There is only a single solution at his stage, when we all have been fooled by this company. Let's get united. make groups of all ex-Life-eans first on city basis and then country wide. And then lets file a complaint together. Individually, we shall never ever get a penny back. 75000/- is not a small amount and Mr Chaturvedi doesnt have a right to eat up our parents hard earned money.
