At the time of admission their Counselor Ms. Supriya told me that this is the world’s best institute and you have made a good decision to join this institute as we have ‘N’ number of Faculties, Developers, Administrators and we are so flexible that you can choose your time and also you can come to practice any time Monday to Friday in office hours. She also promised me that the literature provided by us is one of the best in industry, it’s of IBM standard as we are the channel partner of IBM, we know their requirements. She also promised that after completing the training we have provided experience on live projects, as they have many clients and projects and you will be part of our developer’s team. And after that you have to go through IBM Cognos Certification. So I paid the half of the total fees, i.e. 35,000 Rs which is very big amount for this kind of course, as we can also do this type of course in market for 10,000/- to 15,000/-. But when she promised Job Assurance, as they have many clients which have requirements as well. I made my mind to go with this as I came so far for this course only.

During Introduction Class which is first, their HR Manager- Mrs. .Diana also confirmed the same as some among us had chosen the Job Guarantee program and soon they will be going to be a part of the Organization.

But when we go to the class room the things are different, they have only one faculty for our batch, the systems are not working properly and when they provided the material, which is the worst I have ever seen in my entire life. There is only one thing which is good they used to take feedback every Friday but they don’t implement it because they are not bothered about our career, only one thing they bothered about is money. One Friday we filled the feedback form with all the problems and asked them for permanent solutions. When we emphasis on our problems then their manager Mr. Vinesh comes to solve the problem, he assured us that he will solve the problem within 10 days and he also promised us that he is going to arrange a real time developer for us.

After promising he didn’t come back, and when we used to call him he never used to be available at his desk or used to be in meeting, sometimes out of station. And things became worsen when a new lady came with a circular that you won’t get time more than 2 hours for practical, but we refused to sign that circular because as when we go in more depth in the course we need more time to practice, and when you promised us that we could come any time for practical, what is this? So I took Vinesh’s mobile number from one of his colleague and called him he said he is not in the office and will talk when he comes back in the office. So when he came to the office, I went to him, first he didn’t entertain me saying he doesn’t have much time for this as he has some other things to do. I told him clearly to resolve the issue, because a promise is a promise and you can’t play with our future like this and I won’t be able to continue with this, I need a real time faculty, then he told me that he had already discussed this matter with the director Mr. Sanjay Dutta as he is not in town and gone to its native for Durga Pooja and still there is long period for his coming, he suggested me to take a break, and when he’ll be back we will discuss and resolve the problem so I agreed on it because earlier in the same month my Father got hospitalized and I had to meet him also so I went to my native during Dusshera.

Before going to my native I discussed this matter to my fellow colleagues, one of them said by this type of training our future is in mess, he also suggested one more teacher for the same course whose institute is in BTM Layout. So we went to his institute after getting a demo, we decided to enroll with it for 10,000/- per head, as we are five for 50,000/-. He told me he is going to start a batch on 3rd October and we all agreed. Later on same day I talked to Vinesh about status, he told me that from 5th October we are going to start a new fast track batch which is taken by real time faculty and you are part of that batch, I agreed and went to my native.

But due to flood I wasn’t able be come on time because my train got cancelled. When I came I called Vinesh he told me “Sorry we can’t provide you training as your expectations are very high and we don’t have a faculty for you standard, so we are going to refund your fees, first I didn’t agree on it because I came to Bangalore for this only. But when he insisted that they will give me some compensation as well then I agreed on it. Here comes a new picture next day when I went to Keysoft, the guard refused to let me in and when I told about this to Vinesh he asked me to speak to Diana in HR so I spoke to her she clearly refused to refund the fees saying this is not into Keysoft’s Policy to refund the fees and compensation are miles away forget it and go back from where you came. I was totally surprised by this. I again called Vinesh he told me this is HR’s call and he can’t do much about it he also told me to speak to Director Mr. Sunjay Dutta. So again I asked Diana to arrange a meeting with Sunjay Dutta, she clearly refused stating that he is very busy he won’t be able to meet you. I asked her whenever he’s free in a day or two arrange a meeting. But that day never came, whenever I tried to call Sanjay Dutta he was always found to be busy in meetings or when I visited Keysoft he never came out to meet me.

Finally after all this harassment, I asked Vinesh to give me photocopy of those feedback forms as I m going to Police because you people are fooling around and wasting my time. He bluntly told me to go wherever you want to go, whether to the Commissioner or to D.I.G and those feedback forms are not with us we destroyed all of them and also taken a letter against you from other students, its better you to leave Bangalore or it is going to be very bad with you.

Before posting this I took last chance to meet Sunjay Dutta I tried to call him for few days but the result is same. Now I want Compensation of 1,00,000/- (one Lakh) plus refund of my fees 35,000/- total 1,35,000/-.
I am here with great hope is there no one who can stop these misleading institutes those who play with people’s future and harass them.

Guys im shalini,from delhi i came specially to do certification in Business Intelligence,and after seeing thier ads i went for thier course as being highly described by thier counselors,and after making a payment of 15k,i went for my very first class and couldn't believe they had the worst arrangament i had ever seen in my life,they made us sit in a suffocated room without a.c and in summer season,their faculties are worst,they just rused through the coures without even making sure that we are understanding or not.we had paid such a huge amount for this course and it wasn't worthy enough i believe.The first half was the theoretical session and the other half was practical,the faculty was just rushed to the course and said u'll only understand wen u'll do it practically,but believe me wen came to the practical room they had some old computers which were so slow and wen we actually started our practical thing none of the computer worked,they said u can come tommorrow coz power is not there,i felt so bad coz im from a middle class family and my father worked so hard for tis money it means a lot wen it comes to our studies,everyday it was just the same.The faculties were just more concerned to complete the course rather than making us help in the practical session wen we use to call them they had some issues wit something everytime.When i used to practice their in the labs they just told me that mam pls complete ur project and submit it because we have other batches to start,how can expect me to do a project without having the practice on that..,finally one day they told me that this is ur last day here coz we ave other batches.None of the person helped me their..not in the theoritical session and practical too.They gave me the assurity that they have many alliances and at the end of this course they will let us give some try with them but after the last payment of my course they started lying that now that can only happen if enroll for another 6 months traning..with a payment of another 30-45k.that was just disgusting.I didn't get any interview from them Infact the certificate that i was supposed to get from them they didn't even give me at that time,they made me wait for almost 3-4 months that to after calling them a hundrend times..They really fooled me....SO PLS NEVER GO FOR KEYSOFT SOLUTIONS'S COURSE.I m totally disappointed with them wat i expected from them has tuned into hatred.I had the worst exprience with them.I wasted my money there.
