hello sir/madam,
I join a course from a institute, i join the course of learn ILLUSTRATER software. i take admission at 26/6/09. my course complete period in 2 month, i paid my full fees, but my course in not completed. now I appointed for a job and i join the new job from 10/12/09. I have no time of complete the course. so i tell the computer institute head to refund my fee but she say she cannot refund my fees. i have complete fees recipt and also a voice recording of chatting with the head about the fee refund,
now what i do...............tell me sir urgently....
