I am working in a software company. At the time of joining, they have given offer letter. In that letter they mentioned about my probation and notice period. Unfortunately, I got the situation to move that place to another place. I resigned there before 6 months. In my offer letter they clearly mentioned there is no notice up to 6 months(probation) or until i received confirmation letter. I didnt get any conformation till my resignation date. So i am under intension that there shouldnt be notice. But company people are asking me to pay huge amount or asking me to stay for notice. But i had emergency situation to go. But these officials said they wont give any letters(relieving and Experience).

Such cases are not covered under Consumer Protection Act. Better consult a lawyer who is dealing with Labor Laws.

I have purchased database from a company called KRONO which is based in prabhadevi, The data was of 25,000 CEO all over India and which we have paid 10,000/- + taxes after purchasing the data the entire data is incorrect and now the party says they have never committed on mentioning 100% data's are correct and only 60% is correct. This was not told to me when we purchased and why should some one pay such a huge amount to some company who is having wrong information and why should i buy this data is it is wrong. If you look at the data it says Agar is all over India. Hyderabad is in Delhi and some other place is mentioned some other states and now when we asked them to rectify on the same they are not paying the amount nor are they rectifying on the amount. Where do we complaint on these issues and whom do we get in touch for complaining against the company. Please guide me on the same
