Even if you need any advance then the owner Mr Abhishek Das gives this advance to only females by calling them individually in his personal room where there is a good bed to enjoy, and then gives around 5000 as advance. Therefore those girls willing to have a free money by passing some nude time with the owner can apply at FD-14, Sector - III, Saltlake, Kolkata - 700091, West Bengal, India.

No doubt, these people are easy to be identified.

This company paid me 14000 in time, then gave me advance of 5000 also. Let me tell you guys that after that what happened, they did not pay me for two months, and claimed that I was not meeting my sales target because my customers were asking for refund. Actually, they lied me a lot and wasted my precious time. They even did not gave me any customer details to verify whether they asked for a refund or not.
Its was shame working with these guys. They do all sorts of corrupt practices in office.

I like your complaint. This company is not even a year old and the owners were school-kids 7 years ago, then how is it possible to claim that this company existed. Actually, you know what happened, they are born scammers, they scam their family, then friends, then relatives, then those who come in contact with them, then everybody.........

Anybody can easily find details of any company in the indian government website mca.gov.in/MCA21/ and come to know that this company was formed on 21st November 2011.

Hi everyone, I would like to inform you that this is the company which established itself by extracting employees from Arjun Group of Industries. These people started their company by the name of Aviate Technologies at 3rd Floor, 83 Golaghata Road, paying rented seats to BKE Intellisense. Then they changed their name as Octane Enterprise, then finally registered as Octane Info Solution Pvt Ltd at FD-14, Saltlake Sector III, Kolkata -91. Since its foundation it is running a huge SCAM in all ascepts.

1st : Initially there were three owners Abhishek Das, Abhishek Banerjee and Danish. But soon after a month Danish left these money looters and walked his way out peacefully.
2nd : Abhishek Das earlier worked in Arjun Group as an agent i.e. Junior Call Center Executive and later on plotted a plan to tear-away that company and snatched a dozen of its senior employees, such is the face of its founder and MD, scamming the very company he worked in.
3rd : These Scammers started Aviate Technologies on 15 Aug 2011, when we were celebrating Independence Day, and they started snatching the Glory and Financial Freedom of many.
4th : Next is their HR, Miss Sudipa Karmakar, the girlfriend of Abhishek Das. Very interesting to know is that Sudipa recruited a beautiful girl in her office, Sriparna Dwibedi and you can guess who made affair with her? Its the only Abhishek Das, hiding secretly from dark-skinned Sudipa, and when the affair crossed all levels then he convinced Sriparna not to attend office. What the heck? Even Sudipa is very cunning when it comes to HR. After knowing all these she still comes to office. Her job is to tell the candidates that you will be paid 3 lacs per annum only. Candidates become very happy with this package. When they join they are given training for about a week. Then Sudipa says your salary is 60 thousand fixed and the remaining 2.4lacs variable. So what is this fixed and variable? Still few people continue to work there and rest leave quarreling. So, Sudipa is really doing a great job recruiting female-entertainers for MD ( also his boyfriend), and some smarties who doesn't understand their salary structure.
5th : They have a private room in the office where there is a big bed. Now you may wonder why this heaven is there on hell & why the hell on earth???
6th : Most important what they do? Randomly call US, UK and Australian people and tell them they are from Windows. There computer is infected with online infections! 7th : There private room is private, many stories heard though. It is almost the 7th wonder. One thing I recently came to know that this room, most of the times, is a pub for the MDs and his immediate scammers under him like Chirantan Bhattacharjee, who just passed his BBA this year from NIPS, as well as there entertainers. Other stories are still wonders. Sometimes Kalyani Rai also is seen entering and leaving the room. Even Kalyani is also a mystry. She is seen alone in this private room with Abhishek Das, and also alone in the guest room with Amit Singh. So, is she flirting with both of them, one for status and another for money? Amazing Company!!!

This was all about this Scam Company. No wonder these guys will change there name and company, but they will do the same business all the time. They do not know what a true money is all about, because they now understand that scam money is most profitable.

Now why I am here?
Because of Miss Sudipa. She recruited me and told all the lies to fish manpower. It took me a couple of weeks to realize the trap. But it was too late, because I already left my previous job. So I waited till I could get my salary. They took another 12 days to process the salary. So almost two weeks of the next month passed by till I received my salary. So I understand how they retain their employees. Now I left. I think I did a wise thing. I left these scammers around four months ago along with my fellow colleagues. We suffered a lot of loss of our precious time, money and energy. Now a days some of our existing friends still cannot leave this company because by the time they give the salary, its almost 1.5 month.

The work culture of this company is worst. My friends tell me now that Chirantan who is a drunken immature fellow, is the senior-most on the floor, assisted by Rajesh, Kishore and Kaushik, all of them huge drunkards. They drink alcohol during office hours and use abusive languages. Earlier there were no females in the night shift. But now I hear there are plenty of them. The office is full of lust. Little Space and people adjusted at every corner to take calls. The only motto is if you want to get a good salary, do the best possible scam.

Very recently Chirantan scammed his boss and took out around a good amount of money through Western Union. Now scammers are also been scammed!!! Great!
I will give you guys some more news when my friends tell me. Latest is they are supporting a Survey campaign with few girls in the day time. After all entertainment is required during the day also!*! Yes one more thing, I have googled this company and understand something strange....will tell you later after my research is over.

Octane is a FRAUD and SCAM company. Anybody associated with this company knows that this company is cheating with the customers and employees. It is running a call-center in Kolkata and taking payments of customers through NIAS Business Solutions as well as, thorough Western Union. They are running a double scam on the customers putting their employees at risk without letting them know about it.

When our batch from Brainware joined this company, we were given a lot of lucrative offers by Miss Sudipa Karmakar (Alias Randi), but they failed in providing any good offer and salary. Being frustrated we had to leave one by one. Still some of our friends continue to work over there and keeps us informing about the activities of this scam company.

We have ashamed ourselves by working with this scam company. They didn't tell us at the time of interview that we would be working for a SCAM process, otherwise we would not join at all.
Now, we are hopeless, as the offer-letter they provided is also not genuine. We cannot show this offer-letter in any company as an experience. They do not give any experience-letter or resigning-letter or any other document for us to prove our experience genuinely. They will have to pay for that someday, because now that we are aware of this company's owners history and geography, we will not leave them.

And any other correspondence which they had done with us was also fake. First the company's name in the Offer Letter was OCTANE INFOSOLUTIONS PVT LTD. Later on, when we complained then they corrected the offer letter and named it OCTANE INFOSOLUTION PVT LTD.

Shame on these guys for playing a dirty trick on us.

I share you that a senior caller Chirantan da who took payment from a customer of $550 through western union and he took the MTCN code in his mobile and.That day during the break time I heard that chirantan da was taking over someone telling him that pick up the money as soon as possible in the morning and the amount is $550 and he told
that name of the customer is something like Donald.

I can't tell my name right now because i am still working in this company and try to leave this company as soon as possible I get a new job.

I was working for last six months in this company. i am getting good salary in this office. i know the phrase "grapes are sour" so those who are complained against the company they are getting sour from the company. But the fact is that the office environment is really good, Seniors are very helpful and the management is always cheerful, they always inspired us. Basically this is a sales process so give sales and take salary home. Here is no place for non-performers as the industry standards. So please do not write this bullshit things against octane. We all love our company octane very much. I don't know who have enough time for writing this bullshit things. Might be he have no work to do that's why he is writing this kind of blogs all over the place.If any one wants to know the company and real scenario then come and join you will know the environment and the salary package.
