I had booked Aakash Ubislate 7+ tablet. As per the email received from the Datawind Innovations Pvt. Ltd., I have submitted the HDFC Bank DD bearning No.001362, dated 18.5.12 for Rs.2999/- drawn in favour of "DATAWIND INNOVATIONS PVT LTD" through speed post No. EN137940344IN dated 21.5.2012 to the Datawind Innovations Pvt., Ltd., 8148, Jubilee Complex, Sulatanwind Raod, Amritsar-143001. The speedpost was also delivered on 25.5.2012. I have not received the Aakash Ubislate 7+ tablet PC till todate. They are not responding for my emails.

I have booked Aakash tab (a project sponsored by the Indian Government, Ministry of Human Resource Development)in the month of March 2012 and was given booking ID "PM2A3DBE2158. I have got a mail from them saying if I decide to make the payment in advance they will prioritized my delivery of Ubislate7+ in April 2012, along with free shipping. The payment was made through my cheque no. 325827 dt. 15-Mar-2012 amount Rs.2999, drawn on HFDC bank which was cashed by them during last week of March 2012. Payment has been acknowledged by them by email. Till end of April 2012 I did not get the product and emailed them and they differed delivery date to 31st May 2012. But its 16th June 2012 as I write this, I did not get the product till now. They have stopped replying to my emails, online enquiry/complaint. They do not answer or pick up helpline number 1800 180 2180.

I booked Aakash tablet in Nov'11, based on the commitment for priority delivery by Datawind, I sent advance payment in
February'12. The company has confirmed receipt of the payment by e-mail. I have been following up for long time on
the delivery. I am yet to receive the same, inspite of commitment on e-mail that the same will be delivered in Jun'12

If the company is unable to deliver within 15 days, I prefer to cancel the order & refund the amount Rs.2999 sent as advance

Appreciate this complaint, be taken up with company for redressal.
