dell customer care complaint I am Ranjan Kumar & I had purchased a laptop from your company Dated 29-06-2011 and ist service tag number is 6C1WTQ1 and System Type: Inspiron N5110, I am really dissatisfied with your services,I have already replaced my laptop parts 6-7 just in 9 months times but then also I am facing problem with this,this is the last stage of my passions because somebody else is taking services on the behalf of my service tag no and your costumer care executives are saying that this is my fault but you justify this is my mistake or yours that somebody else is taking services in my absence when I was my home town (mehsi) Bihar and I have proof for that during the time I was on leave from my office also and I have tickets with me if you want I can send you the scan copy also along with the invoice of my laptop this is very shameful for a company that a person is already dissatisfied and then also you people are not sporting at all to the customer, plz do the needful otherwise I will take a strict action against your Company, this is my humble request to you.
Some one name of Mr. Mohit i don't know who is the person & How your executive is giving services to this person behalf of me. When i was in my home town. & i have proof as a train ticket. & i have also the invoice detail of my laptop. so plz take action on this mail Otherwise i will take a strict action against the company.

solve my problem soon Hello I am Soubhagya kumar Beura, had purchased my laptop on 08.06.2012 invoice no-IS TI/356/12-13 from-Odisha (Infotech system,bhubaneswar). But now just within in short days i found that my 2 USB Port out of 3 is not working and my wi-fi is not working at all. As i am a new user of laptop i want to clear my problem as soon as possible

As per the details of the service tag, we see that this system was shipped with Ubuntu Linux. It is possible, that the system is missing the necessary drivers if Operating System has been changed.

when I open my laptop then a blue sereen apper on the desktop. Dear sir,
I have purched dell laptop. when we do power on then just apperd a blue screen along with a line top to bottom. after that we just switch off and then restart our laptop then it will not doing well.

Dell Laptop Complaint Dear Sir
I have purchased a dell laptop last month April 17th from a dealer in kolkata and facing a lot of problem on this. whenever i am clicking on any icon on desktop it automatically get deleted and goes into recycle bin from the day i have purchase i have called to customer care number of times and spoke to customer service executives every time they use to tell that reboot the system ,and i have spoken to escalation team also they have replaced the hard-disk and re-installed the window 8 but still the issue is persisting and even i have called to customer care again and given complaint regarding this and told availability time is 2 pm to 5 pm they told that they will me in that time but call me in evening one day and in morning one day
