    Unhappy company is not take any action within guaranty

    I am Laltu Sarkar live at Asansol, West Bengal (India). I have purchase a Key Board(Serial no.O031CI1000076 (company- Odyssey ODY007A) in 22 Jully 2011. That is stop his work in November 2011. I am give shope (SAURYA DIGITAL SERVICE). But not give me any support for the repair my keyboard.
    Please help me for this.
