Sir,
I have purchased one H.P-16 G.B Pan drive from royal communication Delhi. And my pan drive become faulty within warranty period And when I contacted H.P Service center they told that it is a grey market product and H.P is not manufacturing this pan drive so you contact to the shop from where it is purchased. I contacted the shop several times since 2 months but I stil could not get my pan drive repaired. The shopkeeper has taken the faulty pan from me and ensured that it will be repaired within 15 days but since two months he has not given back my pan drive and also he is not responding my phone.
When I purchased my pan drive I was in Delhi now I have been transferred to Jammu and it become difficult for me to meet the shopkeeper regularly, so kindly help me regarding my case. The datails of the product is as below-
