I bought Lenovo laptop last june and i was entitled to get free gifts from them within 2 months. It went on for the past 6 months. In between around 25 mail communications happened. they send the gift without phone number and since the courier people never had any service in my area. it was returned. i provided a alternative address. they said it will take time to get approval again. now they are telling they are closing my request since i am not responding. i have send almost 20 mails now they are speaking about timeliness. last week i also got mail from them saying they will send the free gifts soon. they are planning to fool me with stupid reasons.
