i have given my laptop for repairing to etechies.in , a computer repair company based in gurgaon which has its service centres in delhi.they have kept my laptop with them for more than 1 1/2 months ,carged a lot of money from me ,but could not repair it.they opened it again and again and eveyr time told me that there is a new problem in it and asked for more money.they thave broken it form several sites and pasted it with glue.they have completly spoiled it.my laptop was in a working condition earlier with minute problems but now it has no display in the screen and broken all over.they have returnen it to me with out repairing .now their supervisors are misbehaving with us when we asked them to refund us our money.they are only willing to give us part of the money paid by us.their officials are telling us that we may go to court but they will not rufund the whole amount nor will they pay for the damages they have made to my computer.
