dear sir, i had given my compaq laptop to a computer repair company called etechies.in,they have charged me 5500/- for repair and 2750/-for amc.they have kept my laptop with them for more than 75 days opened it for several times,could not repair it and damaged its external as well as internal parts and have not returned a few parts of it.ultimately after a long waiting they have given me my laptop back in a demaged and unrepaired condition and told that they can't repair it with that money and need more time and more money,i refused and asked them to return my money .now they are not refunding me my money back and not even paying for the damages they have made to my laptop.
