Purchase of Leaptop on 20/07/2011

I have purchased Laptop online(with support of Miss. Komudi Katyal and Mr. Sengar) (Product Code No HCL ME 1015, Machine S No 5111AE846092) from HCL STORE.

At the time of purchase, I was assured by the company that I would be provided following extra benefits without any charge:

a)Two Year Extended Comprehensive Warranty

b) TATA PHOTON USB STICK

c) HCL Touch Data Recovery CD

They had confirmed that I would receive email from you by 10/08/11 confirming the above. However, I have not received any communication till date. On being contacted to COMPANY, his executive has told that Extended Warranty is applicable on my Model and I would be tata photon usb stick and HCL touch data recovery CD. This is misguidance on your part to cheat customers. Despite my earlier emails, I have no received any reply .

You cannot take customers on a ride due to false and fraudy offers to befool the public. I have written committment from the company stating that I would be entitled to these gifts and he has already registered the Product for the above gifts.

Everytime I am calling in HCL 24*7 hr helpline no. I got one answer from every person that you will get your promational gift in end of evry month. I have tried lot time.

Now, 5 month completed but still I did`t get it any reponse and any gift from company.

Please confirm me in writing the date by which you would send the gifts, otherwise I would grag company in Consumer Court and write to various Greivance Cells.
