    Default Xerox Company not providing Service to under warranty Product

    Hello Sir

    While i had been to purchase an workcenter 5016 i was told that the machine will
    have 1 year warranty if we buy with stablizer, now as the machine is not printing
    satisfactory after 10 months the company person is telling that the machine has only
    3 months warranty and we will charge Rupees 1000 to visit and solve the issue .

    The Xerox Company is giving wrong promise at the time of sale and has no ethics in
    the service line.

    Dear Mr. Pankaj,

    Regarding your complaint you just have to send a complaint letter to the Head Office of the Co. to get any solution on Company level, instead of dealing with their customer care deptt. Do keep a copy of that correspondence.

    Default A Scam Called Xerox. Confirmed.

    These postings concerning Xerox seem to be all the fashion!

    Following our previous postings, the text we used was reproduced and copied to Xerox in the USA (using the search phrase 'Xerox complaints' on Google and the address for unresolved customer complaints officially provided by the Xerox website.

    We also approached Customer Services at Xerox UK who appear to administer the maintenance contracts for France. (Ours, you will remember, was simply abandoned by Xerox after just one year, with two years left to run.)

    Both complaints were faxed and sent by post on the 5th of June 2009.

    We did not consider it worthwhile re-sending the complaint to Xerox France, the originating cuplrits, who were sent a letter by recorded delivery on 15th October 2008 and to which we have not received any reply.

    An interim statement of damages and losses incurred for the period 01/05/06 - 31/05/09 as a result of misrepresentation, technical failure and serial incompetence, dishonoured contract of maintenance, etc, etc was sent by recorded delivery and by fax on the 8th of June 2009 to Xerox concessionaires, Document Concept 87/23 of Limoges in France.

    The outcome of these complaints was as follows.

    Xerox USA. No reply.
    Xerox France. No reply as before and ad nauseam.
    Xerox Concessionaires, Limoges, France, Document Concept 87/23. Telephone call; to investigate further. Since, no reply.

    Xerox UK. Letter dated 9th of July 2009, eventually received from Alan Charnley, Managing Director, Xerox UK and Ireland. Mr Charnley wrote, "I can assure you we take these issues very seriously. I will investigate the matter and respond to you as soon as possible." Since the 9th of July 2009, no further response.

    As one complainant in a consumer complaints forum puts it: (Xerox) "Total Satisfaction: my butt!"

    We have since replied to Alan Charnley at Xerox UK to indicate that we are not prepared to wait for him further and that we will move on with our file on Xerox.

    Default Xerox Customer Service

    Xerox Customer Support is outsourced by IBM.
    to the customers it's said it is based in Dublin, Ireland, but in fact is based in Sofia, Bulgaria.
    By the names of the support representatives you will easily understand this.
    These persons receive a misery - 400€ a month.
    The western managers, supposed to be highly qualified and examples, come here to have easy sex. The company seems a sex house. And that managers are so qualified that can't even speak foreign languages.
    The internal promotions system is based on sex. IBM USA has received several internal complains since they have base here their service.
    Names as Rosanna Helm or Eric Kramer are just 2 examples of persons fired because of this scandal. But in fact, the big and powerful ones, IBM USA doesn't dare to touch and ignores the complains.
    Employees being exploited and these managers showing off their BMW's and other top class style standard life details.
    This is what is happening to Xerox customer's money. Around here Xerox and IBM are known for exploiting people and running business as if they were managing a sex house.
