My acer laptop which is just a month old is in the servicing center since 15 to 20 days. The keyboard is not working and the servicing center people say they have ordered part but have not received it. It is the mistake of Acer people completely. Please help me in this case. I completely feel cheated for taking an acer laptop and both the company and the dealer (CROMA ,HADAPSAR , Pune) are responsible for this.
