I have an HCL LEAPTOP Purchased in SEP '2008 which has been sold to me By M/s DAMSON TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

I have been complaining regarding the matter since a long time but there is no response given by the concerned people. I am seeking Legal Assistance in the above matter. Please Help.
