my name is jatin and i had bought dell xps laptop 14r
i was facing usb an keypad problem so i concerned dell customer care they have sent an engineer who was completely untrained and instead of resolving my problem he has done damage to my laptop
which involves following details
1.touch sensors damaged
2.speakers damaged
3.head phone jack damaged
4.mic damaged
5.window crashed followed by data loss
6.weird red light coming out of laptop
as no 1 is resolving my problem please provide the needful assistance
as expected from consumer court
