ComplaintID=436 as per you suggest i send core complain letter on 22nd may 2005 by registed A.D and i resived it's acknologment too. but still there is no resopence from there end side. as per communication with mr.davashisji send me cd sets 2000 rs of updation which recommendate by hp 10rs. cd. 20 rs fax 550rs e-mail. 300rs phone calls. 10 rs flopy 10 rs print out 28 rs register AD manataly heres mant + my presious time+ headdack.
