Complaint regarding computer service

I had a problem with my personal computer and in order to fix the problem I contacted Gayatri Infotech Computer Services (Borivali East).

A guy named Vasant Maurya from this company turned up at my house and fixed my problem. He charged 450 Rs. from me for the service. But I realized after sometime that the problem has not been fixed completely. So I called back again and he said he will come the next day.

After calling him 7-8 times during a period of 1 week, I realized that he is not going to return back.

Secondly, HE HAS ALSO NOT PROVIDED ME THE BILL FOR THE CHARGES. The details of the company are as follows:
