Dear Sir,

I am a graduate working for a non-profit organization as a teacher. Recently I
visited a 'Mall' -- 'CMR Family Shopping Mall' patny centre, Secunderabad, one
of the biggest malls in Hyderabad.
On 10th May 2009' I purchased a CD of 'Bal Ganesha' worth Rs. 99, and a DVD of
'HANUMAN' worth Rs. 599*.

I purchased dvd because it has Hanuman chalisa free with the pack*, but when I asked
the free piece of Hanuman chalisa they said that it will be inside the pack itself.
Therefore I left without checking; When I opened the Pack of Hanuman DVD there
wasn't any other CD apart form a DVD. That DVD is also with all scratches due to
improper packing, I guess.

The very next day I went and asked them regarding the free Hanuman chalisa, firstly
they argued for more than half-an-hour, then took the DVD from me and gave me a
slip and asked me to come on Saturday i.e., 16th May 2009'.

When I went on Saturday they didn't exchange it or didn't gave the free CD of
Hanuman Chalisa, just kept the same DVD with scratches in my hand saying -"the
company had kept the CD inside the pack and we are not responsible for that"!
Actually on the back of the pack it was written clearly that - the number of
quantities was 1 disc.
'Free Hanuman Chalisa with this pack' not 'in this pack' in the sense the CD of
chalisa wasn't inside it. Despite I explained them didn't even tried to call up the
relevant compary to check out. I was standing in front of the counter for more than
an hour, with disgusting and hatred returned with the same scratched DVD. And now
the DVD is getting stucked I can't even play..................

Sir, I would have not complained if it's worth is less, but it is almost Rs.600 and
the piece was totaly a damage one.
Now-a-days more and more Malls are rising in city to attract folks of middle class.
But they don't know how to maintain a mall, just handover each business to a guy who
doesn't have any knowledge in the relevant product. It is in turn the loss of
public. We hardly purchases any product once 3 months, if it turns to be a damaged
one whom we should go and ask? My goodness! I saw your site, and forwarding the
complaing to you. Hope for the justice.
