dear sir,

this is for your kind attention that i purchased a *maxtor 160gb portable
hard-disk* from supreme, 35 c.r.avenue. Kol-12. *on 16.12.2008 having serial
no: 2hbicvgr.*

it is not working properly, so i went to your kolkata service centre at
minto park but they told me that as one of the letter in the serial number
is not visible properly i have to get the serial number authorised by you.

Please find attached herewith the scanned images of the hard-disk, the bill
and the warranty memo.

So please help me in this regard and do the needfull as early as possible.
