The computer has been attended more than 6 times in 9 months with replacement of key board, motherboard etc and still it is not functioning satisfactorily. The key board has been replaced 4 times and mother board has been replaced once. The Windows OS has hanged many times, In spite of machine being in warranty period, I have to follow up vigorously to the local service office of HCL infosystem to get the problem attended. Owing to non-functioning of PC, my wife who is a Paediatrician, is unable to access internet to update it.
