SUB: COMPLAINT REGARDING UPS

R/S SIR ,
I have purchased a UPS on 20-04-08 from udit electronics whose serial no is
7JUPNX183470. It is not working properly from last 20 days. I have registered a
complaint on 30-03-2009 and the complaint ID is 49274. on 01-04-09 the service
engineer has came but he refused to repair the UPS because this Ups is manufactured
in NOV 07 and the warranty for this UPS has expired .
As per the rules, warranty should be valid from the date of purchase not from the
date of manufacturing.

These circumstances are showing me the way to consumer court. Plz repair the UPS
within 2 days otherwise I will take strict legal action against you.

I have purchased a UPS on 2007 MODEL "HERITAGE". It is not working properly from last 10 days.The warranty for this UPS has expired.
Plz repair the UPS within a week.

I am sunil moon , from pune
we have perchase more than 50 computer from hcl.
One cpu button not working properly.
Last 7 days i am trying to complain to pune branch regarding my cpu problem.
Every day they say our engg. Is coming to you but nobady come right now. Hcl is good reputation in computer feild but this is worth condition we have seen.

SINCE LAST 4 DAYS NO BATTERY BACK UP IT IS DIRECTLY GIVING SUPPLY WHEN POWER SUPPLY OFF IT'S GIVINGS
BEEP SOUND CONTINOUSLY, PLZ, GIVE REPLY,IMMEDIATELY,WITHOUT UPS I CAN'T ABLLE TO RUN MY P C .

This is regarding non function of your UPS HGE 600AZ(9kupnb477329),i had bought same two month back from Murari Computers,Nadesar,Varanasi.and since than its not taking the load when power is cut,by which my computer hadware is having problem,pls send your service guy to replace my ups and do the needful.I am regular customer of your product but this time i have been harashed with the service issue.

Respected sir,

I have issue regarding ups back up. i have parchased HP computer in january 2010. and microtek ups was along with that but from the first day till now i am facing this back up problem, many times i tried to registered a complaint but no one picked up ur contact no.(01125479982,83). two days back lady attened the call and give me complaint no. that is 22817. but i didn't get any response from last three days...
so please take some immediate action or i will take strict action.
