On 24.01.2011, I had purchased a Microtek UPS from Expert Computer at Satna(M.P.). The model is MDP800+ and S.No. is 10JUMNU35540. Since last 5 months the UPS is not working.

Initially I lodged complaint at the dealer (ph.no. 9827008581). But he did nothing. Then I complained to Jabalpur service centre (phone no. 07613250131). They sent a technician who could not repair the UPS. Frequently I called the service centre who gave false assurances to repair it.

Finally the result is nil. Nobody is bothered after selling the product to a customer.

I feel I have been cheated. My computer is getting affected.

If before November 2011 end my problem is not solved then I will have to send legal notice and claim damages.

Therefore I request you to arrange to replace the UPS with a new one and oblige.

problem is that there is proper supply of main in my wall socket but
LED indicator of main in invertor is not on. when i switch off the
invertor tubes and fans that are connected with invertor not works
although main power is there and all other tubes and fans are working
ok that are not connected to invertor. LED indicator of main is off
permanently.

We're one of the pioneer organization in private health sector providing state of the art health service to the entire community of Sivasagar, Assam since last 2 Decades.

Last week, We have purchased 5 Nos of Microtek UPS from a Local Dealer in Sivasagar, Assam. But from very Next Day, 2Nos. of the UPS seems malfunctioning. I call the local dealer for this issues and they immediately exchanged both the 2 Defective UPS with the New one for our Good will.

But on The 3rd Day, All the 3 UPS gone Dead. I again call to the Local dealer for this issues and they told me that we have to Wait for the Company's Servicing Engineer to Visit and He'll do the Appropriate. I took all the 3 Defective UPS to the dealer. After 7 Days, I got the Call from the Local dealer that the UPS have been Repaired.

I Bring All the 3 UPS into Our Hospital and Installed them..But The Sad part of it is that they're still Getting No AC MAINS..they only operate on BACKUP.

So, This is my Kind Request to Please Assign a Authorized Servicing Engineer to Visit Our Hospital And Repair Them in Spot.

i purchased microteck 850sebz ups sl no.11cgwnb154855 through m/s beml ltd lwf kolar gold fields 563 115 karnataka through m/s m/s deepak electricals and electronics bangarpet. Warranty card no.941 dated 03.03.2011.the warranty is covering a period of 36 months .since from the installation, i am having complaint. No problem has been solved.
Now also my ups is under breakdown from the past 20 days . No complaint is attended till 01.01.2012

I have purchased a UPS on 26/11/2009 from Computer Netcare whose serial no is
600 VA. It is not working properly from last 30 days when power supply gone its not giving output

Plz repair the UPS .

I made complaint bearing S.No.01555 on 30.06.2012 for non functioning of Microtek UPS 600VA. Even after elapse of more than two weeks no one is bothering about it despite regular pursuance over phone to Customer Care Service. I am suffering alot regularly due to data loss etc. I suggest the Company that if they have no service set up, please do not try to make the people fool and bind up their business immediately.
