    After Replacing of New battery(20-Aug-2010) and kept charging more than 6hrs still fault is exits. i'm loosing my patience. Just think how long i was struggling with this useless product.

    Your service engg. attended the problem on 17-08-2010. He told that the problem is in battery it will be replaced in 2 days. pls keep it in mind still it is not in working condition. Only the days are going (2.5 month over). First you said problem is in board and you serviced it. After you repaired the board now you are telling battery was the problem. so totally entire system is being problem then why can't you replace for new one and how long i want to say the same thing. pls take action ASAP.

    Dear Microtek ppl, 09-August-2010

    I'm sathish i have bought Microtek 600w heritage model UPS in 08-June-2010 from the day i have purchased it has UPS restart problem as soon as UPS turns ON. I registered a complaint (complaint no: 1283)in microtek service centre but no service engineer attended. it took a week to attend the complaints for that i have track you 3-4 times. Service engineer after attending the problem he says "this UPS will not support for your system pls go for higher wattage", after talking to him long time i asked why can't you give replacement. he told me to "get replacement from where do u buyed" Just after week later i escalate this problem to the shop keeper where i buyed. The shopkeeper collected my UPS and asked me to come after 3-4 days for delivering UPS. while i gone for collecting it. he said "fault has been corrected by microtek now it will work fine". I switched ON the UPS in my home the same problem still exits then i rushed to the shop regarding this problem he told me to meet you (Microtek service centre).

    31st July 2010 i meet you regarding this issue in your office (Mr.sebastian & Mr benny) after that you too giving the same reason that this UPS (600W Heritage model) will not support for 17" CRT Monitor, before to this i tested with my friend's UPS(600W Heritage model) the same model which i have, which works fine without any issue and finally at the end of the day you told me that we have tuned the main board it will work.


    After i reaching my home your service engineer itself switch it ON the UPS. once again the same problem exits and finally your service engg took the main board along with him and he told me main board will be replaced on Monday (2-Aug-10) but no one returned on Monday.

    After i leaving it one week i called u back Friday (6-Aug-10) brilliantly your microtek ppl denied my call. first he says "i was attending another call i will call you back shortly" (12.15pm) but he haven't call me.
    Then once again i tried to call him, this time he denied my call (5.00pm) and once again i tried finally around 6.40pm he picked up and he says "Sir i will check it out and i call back you immediately". After that no call has been received from him.

    Now i decided to talk through mail. So you tell me when will this problem I'll get over and i'm very serious about it because deliberately i need of UPS by Thursday and i have not used the UPS from day i have purchased.

    if there is still delay in your process next time I'll mail to your Head office (Delhi) if they too being same and I'm going to file a case against you in consumer court with the evidence what I'm having(complaint message, conversation and bill).

    What is the meaning of warranty in the microtek dictionary that too 2 yrs?. If your product is not working why do you hesitate to give for replacement and you make the customer to come to your office and if i called you no proper response. I don't want your serviced UPS. i need new UPS or else give back my money i go for some other product who will give product reliability.

    Deliberately i need of UPS by Thursday as I'm having personal work which needs uninterrupted power to work. If i buyed a new a UPS legally you have to face. what ever action your going to do make it by Tuesday. Wednesday i planned for buying a new UPS.

    not take my complaint seriously As per the rules, the UPS is in warranty Period. So please Solve my
    PROBLEM.
    These circumstances are showing me the way to consumer court. Plz repair the UPS
    within 2 days otherwise I will take strict legal action against you.

    dear manager i regret to write that my ups (model no HG 600AZ) which was purchased 9 months back is nt working properly. it is nt showing backup of even 5 seconds. i hv checkd d user manual to cure dis problem and even rechared it 4 many hours but still d same problem exist. i hv even snd a mail to u bfore also but no response ws given and no action is taken .
    please look into the mattter and respond asap. thanking u.

    I have placed one compalint on 18.01.2011. The complaint no. is 01/360 to Ernakulam, Kerala. The problem is to change battery in UPS. We ahve daily to 0484 - 3258147, they said every time today we will send the person, but so far nobody came and solve the issue. Please infrom whether the perosn will come and solve the issue or we will try some other source.

    I have purchased the microtek ups on march 2009 with the warranty of 3years from NYFE POWER SOLUTIONS, BANGALORE, and now from past 10 days im calling them for the service of the ups and no one is responding properly, we are very upset with the service, every time we have to keep on calling for n number of times in spite of calling also no one will even think of attending the customer. Only while pushing your product you people come many times and after buying it no one cares to attend the customer. i have purchased UPS SEBz625 and also u can call me on this number= 9886170997

    i have purchase 600 va ups on 23/08/2010 with 2 year waranty. now my ups is not working properly.then i contact dehradun deler contact no.09368745556 and tell my ups problem .but he wants 650 rupees as service charge.but my ups is already in under waganty .so i want to solve my problem.
