buddy go to nehru place new delhi and ask around. they have their service center there you can get a replacement there just make sure to carry your bill with you if required. I think the company managing their customer care services is Accel frontline. Google it and ull get the address. or go there and ask a major hardware retailer.

you should get it replaced not fixed. Dont go to a shop go to nehru place delhi there they have their service center. Go to a major hardware retailer there like cost to cost or computer empire and ask around for their service center hich i think is on the 6th floor of meghdoot building. theyll replace it there just remember to carry your bill incase it maybe required though i dont think it will be.

I bought a 4 GB's Pen Drive of Transcend Company from A Stationary's shop
The shop's detail is below.

The Pen Drive's Rate was Rs. 495
That I have Paid on Same Date.
He gave me a bill & Life Time Warranty Card.
that I have very carefully.
now the Pen Drive is Not Working.
when I gon to his shop to change the Pen Drive he said,"we r not
responsible for this please go to the company so can u please give me the address

Compliant regardsing my 8gb pendrive Dear Sir ,
I had purchased an 8 GB pendrive from Computer Ink in the month of March '09 .
In the month of October it was not wrking & it was under warranty period so they got it replaced now still 6 months are not over and again its not working .
After getting replacement we are facing the same problem.
Pls advice what should we do .

transcend mp4 8GB Sir,
I have purchased transcend mp4 player on 08 Sep 2009. After using 1 month it has problem with charging.then i deposited to service center on 22 Feb 2010 at 3:23 Pm in 'ACCEL FRONTLINE' services limited.they told me to collect the mp4 after 10 days. But when i went after 10 days they are saying that the problem has not been rectified go to head office if not mail them.I have mailed them too but no response from them .Model no is 8GB T.Sonic 840...Part No.TS8GMP840.......DEF Serial No.5235221741.........Problem Reported-Noy Working...VMISTATUS-Accept......Call Id-TSCDEL100001072DW.The above information is mention in the acknowledgement slip provided by the service Limited.
Actuallly the warranty given by the company is 1 year and they are taking 2 to 3 or more for reparing the product which is in warranty period. this is unfair from their part and please do needful for me

pen drive replacement hello.
my 4gb transcent pen drive under guarentee period isn't working since i purchased it from new delhi and i live in ambala cantt. it is not practically possible for me to go every time to the retail shop.(economic concerns i hope u understand). u r kindly requested to suggest me on this mattter .

Tanscdent MP320 , 8gb battery life Dear Sir,
I had purchased above product sr. no.296271-0163 on 3rd April,2010 from 'PAM World', Vadodara, India. As per ur booklet, I should be getting more than 15 hour's life after full charge but it lasts only up to 9.5 hrs. More over, as per the package written conditions, I am supposed to get 2 year warranty but the shop keeper says to contact U for 2 year warranty. Please suggest future course of action from my side.
