Dear Receiver I have bought a HP Pavilion machine and a 18.5 TFT screen on 28Feb09
from M/s Digital Solution Rohini, Delhi. The day I bought this computer I found
problem in screen it is very hazy and the picture quality is really poor. I
complaint about it to the vender about that and some one had visited from company on
16032009 and after inspection the guy who visited said the LCD is faulty and need to
get replaced. Now I have received a call from company saying that in change I will
get refurbished (used) screen. This is not done, I have paid for new screen and I
want new screen in reverse. I am along mailing you the copy of purchase bill as well
as the report made by your executive who visited to check LCD. so it is a kind
request to the company to kindly get change the LCD for new one not the used one.
