last year i purchased a laptop of hcl (hcl me xite-45)
i am totally dis satisfied with this laptop

2 times i faced speaker problem and also other problems
earlier its top cover was broken from left side and service centre took 500rs for making it
after some days it open/broken from right side
i called your service centre(agra) for knowing the charge of top cover but they are saying i dont have top cover you have to wait

how much wait i am totally frustated by the service you provided and by the quality of your product

( aise laptop bnate kyo ho aur sale kyo karte ho jiske parts tum pe available na ho aur ye kya quality hai tmhre product ki na mera lappy gira, na kisi cheez se takraaya, na kuch huya, itni safety se use krta tha ise fir bhi dono tarf se tute gya apne aap aur aapka agra service plaza usse band kar do.
Speaker aane me 1 months se jyda time laga diya, kisi bhi kaam k liye jayo 5-6 baar me hota hai wo kaam)

so i m totally dis satisfied with your product and with your service centre services and service provider
in the arena of where every company is focusing on crm to make them loyal you are just simpally torturing your coustmers.and my warranty is going to expire in next ten days and first time when the left side open agra centre make a unofficial jugad in my laptop after harasing me for 5-6 rounds for the part and the same behaviour they are showing right now and not giving good response when i ask for the part on telephone so please do your process as soon as possible.


So if any action is not taken and i didn't get any respond from your side

than i sue a case in consumer court for poor quality product, poor service at your point and for giving me mental torture

and please responsibility use diya karo service centre ki jo customer ko satisfy kar paaye (my point is towards agra service centre)

please take necessary action as quick as possible i am so frustated

i am purchase hcl pc for direct pondi company. purchase date on feb 2011. but not come ur persons still today. no any answer. my address at shimoga karnataka. please attend immidiatly

I write with utmost despair and humiliation in the way HCL is treating me. My desktop which is under warranty - just 5 months old has a keybord which has been dead for the past several weeks and even after repeated calls never responds. I was assigned a person called Venkat with mobile number 9025235333 who does not bother to take up the call neither does the call centre let me know what is next.

I am disgusted with the after sales service offered by HCL. If someone with any responsibility is reading this from HCL or if anyone can please guide me to a competent authority, I would be grateful.

This is regarding my laptop problem that i already filled on 19 sep 2011, in the geer park service point of HCL. The chalan no is 2681 they take my laptop for one day and told me that speaker of the laptop will change and right now we don't have speaker. they put the demand for the speaker and told me when we recieve the speaker we will call you or they given one no to me that is 0114609816
when ever i call on this no always busy i think they put the receiver off from the phone.

this type of services you are giving to your customer.

HCL GIVING THIRD CLASS SERVICE TO THE CUSTOMER

Now i am thinking rather than complaining i through the laptop and put a fire in it infront of public and media. The public should also know about the real picture of HCL services.

My laptop warranty period is expiring on 27 nov 2011. I will not responsible if my laptop not work properly till that day. I can also sui a case against my complain in the consumer case because i am telling you earlier.

We have purchased too many LCD's 16" Monitors of HCL for our offices we running our company in Gujarat, Surat Based. Now we are facing horizontal lines and patches in the screen. For your information I mentioned here some details below.

I have logged a complaint for my Desktop on 16th August, my call was attended on 28th September the engineer has taken away my motherboard, Ram and SMPS, but till date has not returned with the same, the Kind of service HCL is offering is pathetic, Pathetic, pathetic. i am angry on my self that i bought a HCL product and will never recommend the same to any of my freind or collegues.

purchased a HCL desktop PDC 2.53 GHZ AZ 1134 , s.no 8097AZ021486 in m/s modern computer trichy . invoice no sp215 dtd 30.9.09.

Raised a complaint in the month of august 2010 that system is not getting boot since the hardware is not supporting the system properly during the valid guarantee period.

service person attended on 4/8/10 ( 367 invoice no)and reported it is only virus problem.

since the hardware was not supporting i was subjected to extend the AMC for 1000 INR with the service person for another one year ( BILL for AMC NOT YET provided )

same problem of booting since hardware is not supporting the system occurred in the month of march 2012 . service was attended 0n 28.3.11

on 22.12.11 booting problem occurred since hardware is not supporting the system . service person attended said some hardware has to be replaced which will cost about 5000 INR
