how much my ram my motherboard supports model 9982155hcl.

i bought HCL PC and the monitor has problem that the display screen i.e. luminance ,image distortion etc that comes automatically and processes automatically which cause the window screeen gets small etc.etc. if we go to control , nothing effects the control keys , what can i do?

I purchased the HCL laptop from Nasik (India) 4 months back and now the laptop screen has started giving problems. i am using hcl laptop. i have got bsnl broadband connection. i have bought bsnl type 2 modem and trying to connect laptop through wifi. i found broadband connection in wifi zone but cant connect it.whenever i try to connect, it shos following message
"unable to connect"

We have gone through your complaint, first you need to talk to the BSNL customer care and register a complaint, they will provide you a complaint no. and the time frame to resolve the issue. Wait for their response and revert us back with the Complaint nos. and the status of your complaint.

I have bought the HCL laptop with serial no.5094AX408815 in december 2009. I sent my hcl laptop to the service center located at Bhagalpur , Bihar . But i don't get my laptop even after 2 months. There is disturbance in my study without my laptop.
The service center don't tell the exact time that when they are going to give it to me. I think that they don't care for the customer.
So, please solve this problem or CHANGE the laptop so that i continue my study properly.

My hcl desktop machine no 8097AZ014747 under is warranty. 320 GB hard disc defective and taken away by hcl engineer on 18 Aug 10. no replacement received till date despite repeated reminders and request. very sorry state of affairs. my work is suffering and no response from service head.
