    Hello Consumer Court Members,

    If the problem is persist again and again even after repair, it means the problem is irreparable and the faulty product need to be replaced, for that you need the mentioned documents i.e.: Purchase details and the Job sheet.
    Send a written notice to the CMD of the HCL via registered post, attach the photocopy of all the relevant document and ask them to replace/refund within the mentioned time in the notice. Wait for their reply and revert us back.

    We had purchased a hcl computer from gurgaon on june 2009. Due to same external jurk the monitor showing some line.we just want to kwow whether oue pc is on warrenty or not and pls depute your service engg to solve this problem.

    Default Complaint regarding not providing services in respect of AMC

    Sir,
    I have Media Center version of HCL PC and have multimedia keyboard and mouse with it. I have extended the warranty of my PC for two years in the month of September, 2009 my machine Serial No. is 1074AQ309250. The HCL has two or three times provide us the services after warranty extension and replce my keyboard and mouse with the standard keyboard and with optical mouse and now 6 months has passed and both the peripheral devices are not working I purchased a local keyboard from the market and using it I am unable to contact them for their services now and last time when I had a conversation then they told me that they don't have any AMC papers of our machine I have faxed them still they said they don't have it now I want my multimedia keyboard and mouse back otherwise compensation in respect of the two devices. Plz help me.

    I have HCL desktop with licence copy of windows vista home premium.Four characters of product keys had been lost,kinly recover the same &inform pl.
    machine sr no is 9074AQ108037.I do not received any help from anywhere.I am contineously trying to recover the product key.I am totaly unsatisfied with the service from HCL.

    Default very dispressing service..

    i bought HCL laptop with a beliv of good service..my trust on this company is gone now.I stay in delhi and my system is nt working from last 4 days and for which m into many problems..i hav been trying to contact to the customer care from last 3 days.gradualy m failing to get a response from them.staying in d capital, m nt able to get a hang of the customer service which is really dispressing about the company.When i called up in the offic, people even dont know to give a solution to my problm..plz take care of it...

    Default charger

    i replaced my charger when it was in warranty but the replaced charger was also faulty. by the time i got this charger my warranty was already over and the service center is not ready to replace it

    I purchased a hcl computer from your dealer M/s ORSON AUTOMATION VADAPALANI CHENNAI in dec'08 with a 3years warranty. On 9th March the above dealer engineer came to my house and taken 160GB Harddisk from my computer After 4 days he told me over phone that the disk is to be replaced with a new one. But till date he has not replaced the same. Please let me know when I will get the Hard disk and make my computer ready.

    sir i am vairavaraj from Triunelveli.

    for the past four days i keep on calling your engineer for my office pc. we have 08 hcl systems in our office.

    i call mr.Pakiaraj nO: 9894250077 and Mr.Nathan 9994464824. but there is no response from them. they even dint take my phone. The thing is our office is located next steet from the hcl service centre.(Hcl Service Centre, Palayamkottai.) The Manager inchareg for the customer care kindly instruct them to take phone calls from a customer.

    We have 120 syst. are purchased, our order ref. 400277265/ss 0060502098, customer code 800346451, your order ref. NIL, inv. doc no. 0000030142, challan no. 516242262 dated 25. 09. 2009

    We have receiving One damage LCD monitor (serial no. 9095BG103152), these LCD monitor was return. But we have not receive replacement for these monitor, so pls. kindly request for you, do have any action for these complaint,

    i purachase hcl desktop on 17/7/08 with a beliv of good service..my trust on this company is gone now.I stay in allahabad and my system is not properly working from last 8 days and for which m into many problems..i hav been trying to contact to the service center at allahabad from last 5 days.i able to loadge a cmplain on 24/05/2010 vide no.1624. but no response has been taken by your service centre , kindly pl.boost your service centre to attend the complain and solved the problem.
