I bought a laptop on theb 11 of dec last year from your dealer at Meghalaya, Shillong (HCL Digi Life).
So there was an offer given to me that if i bought a series-7 ME Laptop so i would be getting a free gift of a moblie phone.
So i bought the laptop on that day itself...But till now i did'nt recevied the mobile phone yet as it has been over 2 months.
So i kindly request you to dispacth the phone as soon as its possible.

i already have sent an e-mail at HCL regarding the default in my pc but no response from your side have been received till the date. we were continuously trying to contact via phone to your customer care executive but no one is taking any action. we are facing many problems due to your ridicules behavior. i hope that you will notice this mail and will take some action otherwise i will have to make complaint against your company in consumer court.

my hcl computer became unservicable and reported to the local dealer representative . he turned after two weeks . he declared that pc needs servicing by the company. it is within the warranty period of 36 months. pc has been sent to the service centre at cochin 2 months back. as of now there is no address of my pc. my children keep pressing me to get the compuer back as they need it for their studies. only god can help me now. you may very well admit the fact that pc is an undevisible part of our daily life. how can you take 3 months to repair a pc. is that your service chain is that week. the local dealer says he is helpless. check with cochin service centre for a hard disk received from chittur, palakkad and do needful if you can.lest i shall start a campaign against poor service which will for sure cut short the sale of hcl pc by atleast a few pieces a year.

I lodged a complain for the replacement of my damaged 320 gb hard disc (model B38 leaptop serial no. 1094AX245985)on 2nd dec.2009 at the authorised service centre in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.

After keeping the laptop for a month they replaced the hard drive by a standby 160 gb one.I have been regularly calling the engineer for installation of my original hard drive but recieving no satisfactory response.Till today, which is 18th of feb. 2010 the engineer cuts the line and refuses to give any information.I study in varanasi and so can not go to the centre and hence, am deprived of any information about the current progress of affairs.If no action is taken shortly, i am lodging an official case in consumer court against the company.
