Dear sirI have purchased a 600va microtek UPS three month ago. But its performance
is very bad at starting time of installation. I have many time complaint, but not
got any type of response. Problem is that when power is goes , its not produce
back-up system goes to off. Due to this many time my pc window is corrupt
data lost. Battery charging back-up  is OK.Please take a necessary

Dear, that is the same case with me. I also from haryana. I have purchased their 600va ups in 2002 and it has not worked properly a single day from them. Many time if there is minor voltage fluctuation then the ups will just switch off and then switch on. I can hear the sound of clicks of relay inside the UPS and my computer just switched off with it and restarted. I have lost my precious data many time due to this worst ups. I have complaint them in 2002 by emails but they never responded. Now I totally hate this brand of Action (yes, makers of footwears). You should surely file a compaint against them.
